this stuff is nassssty.

on the box:
  • simply delicious muesli? BLUEK.
  • 620g of unadulterated breakfast pleasure? LIAR.
i die a little inside every time i dig into a bowl of these. T___T

but my 65kg frame - which is abt 5kg heavier than my average weight and 10kg north of my ideal weight - is a real eyesore. i'm wearing skirts almost everyday cos most of my pants won't fit anymore (the ones which were reeeeally loose at one point are now snug).

well, i am already cutting down my rice intake, staying away from fried stuff, and eating more vege for lunch and dinner. but does anyone have any sugg for a healthy bfast that won't make me hate myself every morn? :D

gosh, i miss nasi lemak so much. T___T

  1. hmm... i'm not really a breakfast person...tend to skip it.. but if you don't mind having hot vege soup in the morning the combination of the following has proven to work for me ;)

    1. celery
    2. carrots
    3. capsicum
    4. cabbage
    5. tomatoes (only a little, apparently u shud take less of this if u want to lose weight)
    6. some lean chicken meat
    7. big yellow onions
    8. a little salt and pepper to taste

i normally put them into the rice cooker at night and cook in in slow cooker mode and then in the morning i'll have some of it for my breakfast and lunch. try and see if u like it :)

  2. eh that sounds like ABC soup, with more stuff. hehehe.. i was planning to boil that for dinner tmr.. without celery & cabbage of course cos i don't like them :P i'd omit carrots too but then the soup is meaningless dy.. haha!

yeah will save some for bfast. and yeah, sounds wayyy better than muesli. :) thanks!

btw - tomatoes > +weight?! wah tak pernah dengar..

  3. i think its the carbo content in the tomatoes..hehe.. the last thing u shud omit is the celery. apparently its a negative calory food...in other words, u eat 5 calory and u burn 10 because of the amout of energy u need to digest it.. hehe... try it, it tastes different in a soup...
